This prize draw is open to all residents of the US aged 18 or over except for employees of Happiest Baby, Inc. and Chiaro Technology Ltd (“Elvie”), or its affiliates, and their immediate families or anyone connected professionally to this prize draw.

- The Happiest Baby x Elvie prize draw will open on Instagram at 6pm GMT on Tuesday 19th March, 2019 and will close at 6pm GMT on Friday 22nd March, 2019.
- To enter the prize draw, all entrants must:
- Follow both @happiest_baby and @elvie Instagram accounts.
- Like and tag at least two friends in the prize draw post on either @happiest_baby or @elvie Instagram accounts.
- The comment must be posted within the timeframe stated above.
- Only one entry per account holder will be accepted (one prize per person only).
- The winner will be selected once the prize draw has ended at 6pm GMT on Friday 22nd March, 2019. Entries will be collected from both Instagram account posts and the winner will then be randomly selected using a software tool.
- The winner will be notified by Elvie by direct message via Instagram on 26th March 2019 by 23:59 GMT, with details of how to claim the prize. Should the winner not reply to the direct message by 23:59 GMT on 29th March, 2019, Elvie may in its sole discretion select a new winner in accordance with the process described above.
- Prize: One winner will be selected and will receive one Elvie Trainer, one Single Elvie Pump and 6 month rental of SNOO.
- The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative to the prize is available.
- The selection of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The SNOO Rental shall consist of one (1) six-month rental of Happiest Baby SNOO Smart Sleeper (“SNOO”). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. Winner shall be responsible for all other local, county, state and federal taxes that may apply to the SNOO Rental and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with receipt, acceptance or use of the SNOO Rental. Winner shall begin the Rental no later than nine (9) months from his or her acceptance of the prize by emailing their shipping address to anya@happiestbaby.com. Winner shall return SNOO upon expiration of the six-month rental period to Happiest Baby, Inc. and shall assume SNOO damage responsibility per the SNOO Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Rental Agreement”) located at happiestbaby.com/pages/snoo-rental-program-terms- and-conditions. Winner shall be required to adhere to the user guide located at www.happiestbaby.com/snoo-user-manual and shall comply with the following instructions when using SNOO:
- IF YOUR BABY HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A NON-TRIVIAL MEDICAL CONDITION, CONSULT WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PRIOR TO USING THE PRODUCT. YOU WILL NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF YOUR BABY CAN PUSH UP ON HANDS AND KNEES OR HAS REACHED 6 MONTHS OF AGE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. YOU WILL NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF YOUR BABY WEIGHS MORE THAN 25 POUNDS. You will maintain the product in accordance with all instructions received from Happiest Baby from time to time and as usual care for the product. At the end of six months, you will return the product to Happiest Baby in the same condition as received, excepting normal wear and tear. You must retain Happiest Baby’s warning and identification labels on the product. You shall not attach the product to any real property.
- Each potential winner may be required to execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release releasing Happiest Baby, Inc. and each of its related entities from and against any and all claims and obligations in connection with any prize an entrant may win (collectively, “HB Prize Claim Documents”). The execution and submission of the Prize Claim Documents to Happiest Baby shall be a condition precedent to the potential winner actually receiving the prize supplied by Happiest Baby. If a potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return to Happiest Baby all HB Prize Claim Documents within three (3) days of receipt of such documents, such winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and additional prize restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the HB Prize Claim Documents, may apply.
- Only entries submitted through Instagram and conforming to Instagram rules and these terms & conditions are eligible to participate. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not properly received due to communications beyond our control or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, incomplete or received after the closing date.
- Elvie reserves the right to disqualify entries at its discretion.
- Entries should not include or use any materials that infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party, including any right of confidentiality or privacy. Where any other person is depicted in an entry, the entrant warrants that such person has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and Elvie.
- Entries should not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter.
- By entering this prize draw, you agree to grant to Elvie a perpetual, transferable, exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sub-licensable licence to use, edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute your entry materials throughout the world in any media, in connection with its business, which use may include, but shall not be limited to, the posting of the entry materials on Elvie’s websites, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes.
- This prize draw is not sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram, Inc. or Facebook; any enquiries in relation to it should be addressed to Elvie only.
